If vendors sell on Narmadapuram Store:
1. Vendor Approval
ASGroup may:
- Approve or reject vendor applications
- Suspend vendors without notice
- Request documents anytime
2. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendor is fully responsible for:
- Product authenticity
- Product quality
- Safe packaging
- Accurate listing
- MRP accuracy
- Stock availability
3. Dispatch Timeline
Vendors must dispatch within an agreed timeframe.
Delay may result in:
- Penalty
- Order cancellation
- Suspension
4. Product Issues
If customer receives:
- Defective product
- Wrong product
Vendor must:
- Accept replacement
- Bear return shipping cost
- Provide quick resolution
5. Commission & Payment
ASGroup will deduct commission before payout.
Payout released only after:
- Successful delivery
- No active dispute
ASGroup may hold payout if:
- Complaint pending
- Fraud suspected
- Quality issues reported
6. Vendor Prohibited Actions
Vendor must NOT:
- Sell counterfeit goods
- Mislead customers
- Manipulate reviews
- Increase price after order
Violation may lead to permanent ban.
7. Vendor Liability
Vendor agrees to indemnify ASGroup for:
- Customer claims
- Product defects
- Intellectual property complaints
