If a package is marked “Delivered” by courier, it is considered delivered.
9. RETURN CONDITIONS (IF APPROVED)
If replacement approved:
- Customer must pack item securely
- Provide reverse pickup cooperation
- Failure to handover product cancels replacement
Return shipping charges may be deducted if claim is invalid.
10. FRAUD PREVENTION
We monitor transactions for fraud.
We may:

- Block accounts
Chargebacks without valid reason may result in permanent ban and legal recovery action.

- Brand name
- Images

- Design
Belongs to ASGroup.
Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.
12. USER CONDUCT
Customers must not:
- Post abusive reviews
- Threaten staff
- Misuse refund policy
- Attempt scams
Accounts may be permanently blocked.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ASGroup shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Business losses
- Emotional distress
- Courier service failures
Maximum liability is limited to product purchase price.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Transport disruptions
